Quaint backyard studio with shared gym + hot tub!

Treat yourself to a wonderful backyard guesthouse with amenities galore. Work out in the on-site shared home gym space in the morning, enjoy the shared backyard firepit and seating during the day, and unwind in the shared hot tub in the evening. This detached backyard guesthouse with a private entrance is located within walking distance of Oakland's Dimond and Laurel Districts. It's close to freeways and bus lines serving the East Bay and transbay service to San Francisco. The space The guesthouse is in my backyard and is comprised of an upstairs 250 square foot studio unit with full kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed, couch, and smart TV. Downstairs (stairs are outside) there is a shared gym space. The studio unit has a great mini-split heating and a/c unit. Washer and dryer are located in shared garage/storage space with a separate entrance adjacent to the gym space. Note: My boyfriend, dog, and cat live in the front house. I use the gym regularly and we use hot tub daily so there will likely be interaction with guests. The dog and the cat both spend ample time in the backyard. Guests looking for a completely private space or a space without interaction with pets might want to opt for another home away from home. Guest access Everything in the guesthouse space and backyard is accessible to guests, including the hot tub, bbq, fire-pit table, outdoor dining table and furniture. All amenities are shared with me. Other things to note There are ten steps up to the studio unit. I have a very sweet and excitable yorkshire terrier who spends time in the backyard so it's best if guests like dogs. She will bark at guests but it's in an effort to get them to play with her so totally harmless!
