You have full private, undisturbed access to the second floor of our building with your own door for entry and exit. The third and fourth floors are occupied by tenants. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THEM. The 1st floor is their private garage and office. NO parties NO smoking inside (Smoking allowed outside on patios only) Guest access It is a keyless entry and self check-in. Other things to note There is a flight of stairs that have to be climbed to get to the entry door. If anything is broken or something becomes broken during your stay.
