The space My charming apartment is extremely clean, it has security guards 24/7. Upon your arrival, the security guards will request an official ID from you. They will also call the administrator complex to greet you. Once your reservation is confirmed, I’ll give you a key code to open the main lock. Arrival time is from 12 noon till 5pm. Let us know if you'll need to arrive later than 6pm to make arrangements. You'll enjoy your Stay. It has a brand new kitchen with appliances, dishes, a brand new bathroom, towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. The small dining and living room is extremely practical. My apartment has all you need to have a comfortable stay: refrigerator, microwave, stackable washer/dryer in unit, gas, electricity, TVs and internet. Please take care of it as much as I do. I love and enjoy my little flat, I believe you will too!. You can stay a week or have a Long Term rental; a cleaning person must come to clean the apartment every Sunday for an extra charge of $250 pesos. She will also be able to call me by phone, in case you'll have other important needs. The apartment is secured and must need a key to enter the building. It doesn't have an elevator and it's not wheelchair accessible either. I'm sorry!!! Mexico never thought of that need in older buildings. Though, the buildings are well taken care off and all areas are extremely safe and clean. We'll make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, secured and pleasant. But there is a convenient parking place by Leo Street Behind the condominium complex, you would have to walk to my building. During your stay Very accessible, plus there is a co-host that is always available for any needs! Other things to note Couldn't go wrong with a safe, clean and secured place to enjoy Mexico!!! Note: water in Mexico City is low. Please save water! We always save a bottle of tap water Incase there is a need, or if the water is shot off during the night. They are by the shower stall! Also don’t use tap water to brush your teeth, use bottle water. If need be, we will help you with questions about transportation or we can go along to guide you, then leave you to enjoy your trip. We are here for you as often as needed even if you don't speak Spanish.
