The Snug, Kendal - South Lakes

The Snug with a stylish interior, is a self-contained one bedroom, ensuite annex, attached to our family home. Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District. The space A beautiful open planned kitchen, living and dining area, with a sperate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. In the annex you will have a fully equipped kitchen, containing everything you need for your entire stay. Including plenty of cupboard and worktop space, as well as a fridge (with a small freezer compartment), electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster and kettle and microwave . Next to the kitchen is the cosy living and dining area, which has a comfortable leather recliner sofa, TV with Netflix and a dining table and two chairs. The bedroom contains a double bed and a modern ensuite, where your towels and bed linen are provided. Throughout your stay at The Snug, you will be warm and cosy, with the central heating and comfy throws. There is a 40" smart TV with Netflix and free WIFI, a hair dryer and a parking space for one vehicle on our driveway in front of the entrance of The Snug during your stay. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance to the snug and will have the entire snug to themselves. Other things to note The Snug is a great space for 2 adults only we are not able to accommodate children or pets
