Pool and Pool area is open and available year round 9AM-8PM. The pool is not heated so really only usable approx May-Oct because the sun heats the water to a lovely warm but refreshing temperature. Due to pool insurance liability restrictions Infants and children 12 and under and not allowed. The space Queen size bed with 100% cotton bed linens. All windows and doors are equipped with room darkening or blackout drapes or window shades. The patio and pool is shared with one other rental with a max occupancy 2 people. And one person from the main house (Jill). Other things to note The unit has a mini split so you can control your own temperature of air or heat. However the units central a/c and heat is still connected to the main house kept at a steady 68-69 degrees year round. But the units temp can be adjusted to your comfort by your own mini split.
