Need a massage? Just call the spa next door! The space Hello. We take pride in the safety and quality of our condo. This is also our home when we are in the Philippines. Please read through this and let us know if you have any questions. Please keep and leave the condo reasonably clean and follow proper garbage disposal procedure. There is also a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING rule in the condo or anywhere inside the condo building, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS of any kind please. Finally, ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS are allowed to stay overnight in the condo. IMPORTANT: As our personal guest/s please understand that we are responsible for your actions. We trust that you will respect all building and condo policies set in place and act accordingly. Please know that we will not tolerate any disrespectful or disruptive actions from our guests. If you can be mindful of all these, then we guarantee a safe and relaxing place for your stay. Please read through these notes before booking our condo. Turn on electricity in the condo by turning on the breaker. There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY anywhere in the condo building. Violators will be fined. Please help us save electricity by turning off Air conditioning unit when leaving the condo or when you will be out of the condo for longer periods of time. CHECK IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS: CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM. (Early check in subject to availability.) CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM To complete the checkout process: - turn off all electronics and appliances - Be sure the A/C is off - we will charge extra ($100) for any guest that will forget to turn off the A/C. GENERAL INFORMATION: Property Address: Exact location address will be shared closer to the check in date. Parking: There is paid parking across the street Groceries: You can shop for groceries at the mall conveniently located right behind the condo building. AMENITIES: If you want to use the amenities (pool, conference room, fitness center and spa are all located on the top floor), please inform the concierge one day before each use. TRASH/GARBAGE DISPOSAL The Condo administration has VERY STRICT rules about PROPER GARBAGE DISPOSAL. Garbage must be brought out directly by the residents to the designated Refuse Room located at the Basement 1 near the ramp. The HOA requires ALL occupants to segregate their trash properly: GREEN - biodegradable (food waste, paper, etc.) BLUE - Non-biodegradable (plastic, styrofoam, bottles, etc.) BLACK - hazardous waste (chemicals, used medical equipment, etc.) Residual waste (used/ worn out rugs, ceramics, diapers, cigarette butt, etc.) Medical waste (used PPE, tissues, empty sanitary bottles, etc. IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with this policy will be subject to a fine from Php 5,000 up to Php15,000. Guests who violate this policy will pay the fine so please follow this policy to avoid penalties. Please be reminded of our house rules: NO PETS. Smoking/ vaping is prohibited inside the condo unit and anywhere else inside the building. There is a $300 violation fee if caught smoking inside the unit and anywhere inside the building. Please be mindful of your noise level, especially at night. During this time, we ask that you refrain from making loud noises, playing loud music, or doing anything that would disturb our neighbors and the building. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist you. Parties/gatherings of any sort are prohibited on our property. IMPORTANT: Before leaving, please make an effort to leave our condo reasonably clean: No left over food in the fridge All kitchen equipment, cooking and eating utensils washed and put away Turn off the air conditioning system, lights, lamps, appliances and electronics. Leave dirty linen/towels in the laundry room Guest access Guests will be given key to the condo. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to send me a proof of ID so I can write an authorization letter for check in. Condo mgmt requires an ID together with the authorization letter submitted to them before a guest can check in. In addition, guests will be required to show their ID upon check in. You will not be able to check in without authorization letter from us.
