Our guest room (breakfast included), with independent entrance and private bathroom, offers you a quiet break (and cool in summer) near Amboise, Vendôme, Tours and Blois and the Châteaux de la Loire. Nearby shops (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies...) are located in Château-Renault, a 5-minute drive away. The space Your 25 m² private space with independent entrance is adjacent to our house. It includes: - an entrance with table/desk - one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a sitting area with sofa bed, - a shower room - a separate toilet We accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Breakfast is included (local and homemade products). It will either be placed in a large basket or served in our kitchen. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy a private shaded terrace and pleasant outdoor spaces by the water. Other things to note Breakfast is included (local and homemade products). It will either be placed in a large basket or served in our kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room area can accommodate 2 children under the age of 12 (extra charge). If you wish to use the sofa bed for the 2nd adult, I will ask you for an extra €8 for its preparation. Although it is not possible to cook in the accommodation, there is a microwave, a fridge, and cutlery available so you can heat up food and eat on site. Temporary information: at this time and until September, renovation work is underway on the barn facing the accommodation.
