This cozy cottage home boasts incredible views with a large deck and water access to enjoy Oneida River & Lake! You can relax, enjoy the water, go for a swim in the lake, go kayaking, watch the beautiful breathtaking sunrise & sunsets and many other activities. This is a perfect space for spending time with friends and family or a couples retreat! The space The home has an open floor plan, with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen. Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed & Bedroom 2 has 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. The kitchen comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, air-fryer, dishes, plates, cooking/baking utensils, toaster and many more. Guest access Guest have full access to the dock, water and any outdoor amenities on the property such as kayaks, grill, yard, and others. For guest/children under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock/near water or in water and have a life jacket on.
