Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed & Bedroom 2 has 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. The kitchen comes with a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, air-fryer, dishes, plates, cooking/baking utensils, toaster and many more. Guest access Guest have full access to the dock, water and any outdoor amenities on the property such as kayaks, grill, yard, and others. For guest/children under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by an adult when on the dock/near water or in water and have a life jacket on.
