- The building is located 250 meters from the SEASIDE. - The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 11 people. - It has 1 parking space (fits a pickup truck - check model). - The Camelódromos Square is 500 meters away and one block from the Mini Golf Square (Main Church) - Places for leisure with a playground for children, benches to chat and drink mate. They have wonderful Crepes. - There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars nearby. The space - The apartment has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. One en-suite with a queen-size bed and the second with a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and another bathroom. (THE BEDROOMS ARE ON THE LOWER FLOOR). - The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The dining area is shared with the kitchen and has a table for 6 (UPPER FLOOR). - The living room has a smart TV with open channels, 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. (UPPER FLOOR). - Private barbecue grill. - Washing machine. - Fireplace. - Private terrace. - The internet is private. - We accept 3 pets; more than two will be charged an extra fee to be agreed upon. - The apartment is located on the fifth floor, with an excellent view of the sea, balcony facing Av. Poti. - The building has an elevator. - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS. - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms in the apartment. Other things to note - Our check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out is until 11:00 a.m. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there is no check-in or check-out of other guests. - We do not provide bath towels. - Pets are welcome as long as they do their necessities outside the apartment, more than one pet will be charged an extra fee to be agreed upon. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - It is forbidden to bring extra guests or visitors without the host's permission. - Quiet hours must be respected. - The building's rules must be respected. - Mandatory use of the bathing access when wearing beach accessories and/or with a Pet. - Beach utensils must be washed before taking them into the apartment. - Dishes must be washed. (Otherwise, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged at check-out). If any rule is broken, a fine of R$ 800.00 will be charged at checkout. ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING AND TOWELS**
