Everyone will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located villa. In the heart of the Golden Zone, this open concept villa is located across the street from the beach with easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and beach walks--no need for a taxi. Safety: the pool area is addorned with palm trees and is closed to public access. Only guests of the villas can come in. This makes for a safer and less stressful vacation. See you in the Golden Zone! The space This is a large villa at around 1,800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, open concept kitchen, dining living room. We have a large central air-conditioning system cooling this large villa and not little mini splits. This cools the whole house. This is the best Villa in the complex which are all independently owned. Guest access There is a very large pool and garden area for guests to enjoy. there is a rear porch that is only for this villa and its guests. There are chairs and an outside table which will be provided when asked by guests. Please ask if you would like an outside table. There is also a private laundry area with washer and dryer for guests. Please ask if you need to use it and we will accommodate you. Other things to note Please communicate with us if you need to. It has come to our attention that one previous guest did not ask us for an outside table or laundry room access, and felt that the air-conditioning was louder than a mini split. In 18 years, we had never had anyone say such a thing. Gursts are always given our telephone number to communicate, as we want you to have a pleasurable stay.
