Charming Town Centre Coach House with parking

This special place, a former Coach House is close to everything, making it very easy to plan your visit. Once you step outside you are in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre, within the River Severn Loop and very close to the Quarry Park and the river. Even though it is so central, it is still very peaceful with no passing traffic. The space On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining/seating area, with a SMART TV and a downstairs toilet. Leading from the dining/seating area are french doors out to a lovely private courtyard. Heading upstairs there is a double bedroom off a spacious landing. The bedroom is very light and airy. There is also a modern bathroom with shower. Heading up to the top floor, the stairs part and you go left to a double bedroom and right to a spacious living area with SMART TV. The rooms are divided by original beams but are open plan. As this is a old coach house, the stairs are reasonably steep. There is also the possibility to use the garage. The garage is very small and only suitable for a small car and for someone who is very confident parking in confined spaces.! However, the garage could also be used to store bikes. In addition to the garage we rent a parking space that is only about 50 metres from the house and this can be used for 1 car. This is a rustic character property, and is marketed as such. It is a wonderful location for friends, couples wanting to enjoy a town centre break, or looking for a place to stay while away on business, and we would be thrilled to host your stay.
