Hello, my wife and I are providing you with a 10 m2 room + bathroom + private toilet. Our accommodation is located 800 m from the metro, 500 m from the T2 tram and 80 m from bus C25. We live in an ultra-secure residence (100 m2 apartment) where everyone is an owner. We give preference to students for an academic stay. The space we have a 100 m2 5-room (4 bedrooms and living room) Guest access the tenant will have access to a bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom and private toilet.
