From the beginning, it was conceived as a true Roman home—cultivated, personal, and thoughtfully layered over time. The interiors are thoughtfully layered, with antique furnishings and contemporary artworks creating a curated and personal atmosphere. Original terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and a marble kitchen preserve the apartment’s authentic Roman character. The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, and a washing machine is available for guest use. The two bathrooms are finished with handcrafted modern tiles. The layout offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate living room, and a distinct dining room—spaces designed to provide comfort and privacy in the heart of Rome. Guests may experience the natural ambiance of Roman city life, particularly in the evening. • Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.
