Close to Souppes-sur-A 8min by car from the Souppes-sur-Loing motorway exit The space The farmhouse, freshly renovated, offers a surface area of 180 m2. It consists of a completely open ground floor with a living room and fireplace, dining room and open kitchen. The house can easily accommodate 10 people. Bedroom 1: located on the ground floor, the bedroom includes 1 bed of 160 x 200 cm, with its own bathroom. Bedroom 2: located on the 1st floor, the bedroom includes 1 bed of 160 x 200 cm. Bedroom 3: located on the 1st floor, the very large bedroom has a dressing room, 1 bed of 180 x 200 cm and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4: located on the 1st floor, the dormitory has 4 beds of 90 x 190 cm. All bedrooms come equipped with very good quality bedding. 1 baby cot, 1 co-sleeping bed and many baby accessories can also be made available on request. A large wooded garden surrounds the house (800 m2). Heating in winter: Allow an additional €40 for heating, logs🪵, small wood and firelighters for a cocooning weekend (Friday - Sunday) Guest access The entire house is accessible.
