Enjoy a taste of horse country close to many amenities on our gated 40 acre horse and cattle farm nestled within the Farmland Preservation Area yet only 20-30 minutes from the best that Ocala and Gainesville have to offer. The space This up-to-date private mobile home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and a private screened porch for relaxing and taking in the antics of our four-legged co-hosts: a Quarter Horse named Poncho, a pony named KitKat, a mini horse named Orange Blossom, Panda cows, a pig named ChaCha and our barn cats, Bunny and Clyde. The primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed, an ensuite full bathroom, and a half-bath dressing area. Two guest rooms, one with full-size bed, and the other with twin beds, share a full bath. For the safety of all concerned: * No smoking or vaping in the home or anywhere on the property * No pets * No overnight guests or visitors (Please see House Rules) * Not suitable for children under the age of 4 Guest access We will provide access code to our private gate prior to your arrival. Please do not share this code with anyone outside of registered guests. This is our home. For safety reasons, please do not feed the animals or enter the paddocks without our supervision. Other things to note We are convenient to I-75 but to get to most of the attractions below, you'll prefer the local roads which will take you past so many of the beautiful farm properties that make this the Horse Capital of the World.
