Welcome to my 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment, a peaceful oasis bathed in light where I thought of every detail to offer you the most comfort possible and maximum space thanks to plenty of storage. Ideally located between the L3 metro and the Clichy-Levallois Ligne L station, you will not be far from the quays of the Seine to stroll in peace, discover the city of Levallois, explore the many shops and boutiques while being close to Paris. The space It is composed as follows: - An entrance with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer) with all the necessary utensils and basic condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar). My experience as a traveler has helped me think about the little important details (like salt) when you spend a few days in a place without having to bring your home in your suitcase :) - a double living room with 3-seat sofa, smart TV, table and 4 comfortable chairs. - a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and iron. - a modern bathroom with a shower (100 cm) and a washing machine that you can use if you want to do laundry. For impeccable hygiene, a mattress protector is provided in addition to sheets (bed made on arrival) and towels. The apartment is bathed in light and the bedroom is located on the quiet courtyard side. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, to make yourself at home. Other things to note You can easily reach central Paris via: - Metro Line 3 - Louise Michel station - Train Line L – Clichy-Levallois station to reach Gare Saint Lazare in 10 minutes.
