The space Located on the TN River, just 10 minutes away from the Shoals downtown areas, sits our 1 br, 1ba suite in what guests say is "one of the safest & most peaceful neighborhoods"! This charming place *sits separately behind the main owners house*, but owner lives out of town, so he's rarely ever there. Even though it sits behind the main home, you still have a great view of the river from your own private patio deck. What This Place Has To Offer: *2-Story Pier - Go fishing or swimming, tie your boat off (no boat slip), or sunbathe on the top floor *2 kayaks provided with paddles & life jackets *Wood burning fire pit *Charcoal Grill *Flat screen TV with Firestick, which includes access to plenty of TV shows & movies through Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, & more! *Free Wifi (Wifi info located on the front of your guest binder) *Fully equipped kitchen with 2 bar stools including a variety of cooking utensils, pots & pans, *Keurig coffee maker w/ all the fixings, & more! *Indoor electric fireplace *Private patio w/ chairs *Free parking on premises- Fits 2 vehicles in suites driveway/ Additional parking for boats, trailers, etc further down directly in front of the Airbnb suite *(Occasionally, there may be 1-2 guests staying in a different rental on the property who will also have access to the amentities.) Stays are expressly for LISTED # of Guests ONLY. *VISITORS: Due to safety & security reasons, VISITORS of any type must be communicated with & approved by the host BEFORE arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed & approved overnight visitors/guests. *Non- compliance with house rules or any damage done may require a $250 fine and/or other costs to fix what has been damaged by owners discretion. By booking with us, the tenants and tenants guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or hosts against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises such as our pier, kayaks, & anything else on the property regardless of the nature of accident, injury, or loss. Surveillance or recording devices on outside of property- Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very exclusive! For added peace of mind, we have security cameras on the outside of the building. *Flexible for late check-out if needed & applicable to arriving guests. Please contact host before time if needed.
