My apartment is located in a green side street right next to Michel. You could say: in the heart of Hamburg. Few cars and lots of peace, old buildings and cobblestones. From the balcony you can look at the church tower. It takes five minutes to get to the Elbe. I think: great apartment, great location – but I also live here. Unless, of course, you live here. Welcome! ENG: Central but calm, located next to the famous St. Michael's Church. The harbor is only five minutes away. The space You need a five-minute walk to the harbor promenade, as well as to the Portuguese quarter – there you will find cafes, bars, restaurants. HafenCity with the Elbphilharmonie is ten minutes away, as are the shopping streets of the city center. To Reeperbahn: 15 minutes, to Schanzenviertel: 20 minutes. You have a supermarket and kiosk around the corner, as well as public transport. The S-Bahn runs directly from Stadthausbrücke station to the main train station – two stops, five minutes. The apartment has three rooms. Dining room and living room go out to the street and are connected by a wing door. The bed accommodates two people, the sofa for another. The shower and toilet are located in separate rooms. The balcony faces the street, but unfortunately it is not yet fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, but not necessarily cozy. The two rooms to the front are all the more so. ENG: You'll only walk five minutes to the harbor as well as to the Portuguese Quarter where you'll find cafes, bars and restaurants. Leaving from "Stadthausbrücke," the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes straight to the central station – two stops, five minutes. The apartment has three rooms. The dining room and living room are facing the street and are connected. Two people can sleep in the bed, one on the sofa. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms. There is a balcony towards the street which is unfortunately not fully furnished yet. The kitchen is fully equipped but not exactly cozy. The dining and living room make up for that though.
