The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, cotton sheets, and a space for working from home. You can also enjoy your favorite streaming since the apartments have smart TVs. In the common areas, you can enjoy an incredible pool with a terrace. Guest access Guests can use the pool, terrace, and parking. Other things to note If the guest requires it, they can request the following services: • Iron and ironing board • Hair dryer • Extra pillows Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Guests caught will be fined $1,000.00. Guests may smoke outside the apartment, in the parking lot, hallway, and on the balcony The apartment is cleaned every 3rd day. Drug use is prohibited. A strict policy of respecting the silence of the other neighbors; after 11:00 PM, do not play loud music or make loud noises that may affect the rest of the neighbors. Penalties of up to twice the cost of the reservation will apply. Violation of any of these strict policies above may include cancellation of the reservation without completion, without any refund and subject to the corresponding penalties.
