Welcome to our peaceful mountainside retreat in beautiful Shelter Bay, hosted by Deanne and Adam. Located 42 km south of Revelstoke, this private suite sits on a tranquil 3.5-acre waterfront property with mountain and lake views. Enjoy a private entrance, free parking and Wi-Fi, and a stocked kitchen for a comfortable stay. Hiking, biking and snowmobile trails are nearby, with Mount MacPherson Nordic trails, Blanket Creek, and Halcyon Hot Springs close by. Revelstoke is about 30 minutes away. The space With beautiful mountain and lake views, We are in a wonderfully wooded 3.5 acre lot with access to a beach trail that leads down to our rugged beach front. Our suite is most suitable for a couple or a family of four. However it can sleep up to four guest or two single guests. There is one queen size bed and a full queen sized pullout couch as well. Heated tile floors in bathroom and front entrance way. There is patio door leading out to the back. We are currently in the works of landscaping the lake side of the house were guests will have access to their own private outdoor area as well as the use of a fire pit. Lots of parking available on the premises and can accommodate multiple vehicles. Guest access Guests will be provided with a key to the suite door that accesses their own private entrance. They are free to use all amenities. There is internet available and a password will be provided to the guests upon arrival. Guests are also welcome to stroll the property as well. Other things to note We do have private beach front access. However, we do not recommend taking young children down. As it is jagged rock, the water is deep at certain times of the year and the path leading down in spots can be tricky. However, if you are adventurous and love hiking the great outdoors, it is a stunning view to sit and enjoy the calming sounds of the lake. We are a family of four with two young daughters as well as our two fur babies who are very friendly. Our girls are respectful of guests and we do our very best to keep the noise to the minimum. There is a playhouse equipped with swings and slides, kids zip-line and trampoline also available for guests with children to utilize while visiting.
