McCormick Place Mirage: 10 mins to Dine & Dwtn

Enjoy a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a vintage greystone located in Washington Park with designer finishes. Just a 3 minute ride to The University of Chicago Hospital and campus. The unit is a short drive away from Chicago’s gorgeous lakefront. Just a 10 minute ride from the McCormick Place, Soldier Field, with easy access to downtown Chicago. This unit was remodeled and crafted especially with our guests in mind. The unit is suited for solo traveler and families alike. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - QUIET HOURS: The neighborhood Noise Curfew starts at 10pm. Parties are strictly prohibited. - NO MUSIC: Music is not allowed in the backyard at anytime. If music is playing indoors, the doors and windows must be closed so the music does not disturb the neighbors. - NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. - NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 6 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation. Photo IDs MUST be provided to the host, for all adult guests, at least 48 hours before arrival. -CLEANING: Weekly, biweekly, and mid-stay cleanings are available by request for an additional $150, 1$75, and $200 respectively. Collected at time of booking and will be applied to final post check-out. - SAFETY: The fireplace should not be left unattended for more than 2 hours. - OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home for everyone. Also, illegal activities are strictly prohibited. NOTE: Failure to observe the House Rules will result in a min $250 fine. CHILDREN SAFETY: We do not have gates around the stairs, so younger children should always be watched. Please ensure a responsible adult is watching the children outdoors at all time. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: We offer early check-in and late check-out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 2pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check-in / late check out within 24 hours of your check-in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.
