SILVIAMAR Beach House, 140 designed for enjoyment and relaxation in a group or as a family; located in Residencial Salinitas, Playa Salinitas, Department of Sonsonate, El Salvador. DO NOT park under coconut trees to avoid damage to your vehicles. 2. Enter the pool only through the steps designed for it. 3. DO NOT enter the pool through the umbrella table area, the steps are slippery and you can slip. 4. Wear sandals or any footwear in the corridors and rooms when leaving the pool or shower, the floor can be very slippery and dangerous with wet feet. 5. NO pets allowed. 6. Keep the kitchen completely closed (door and windows) when not in use to prevent squirrels or cats from entering, especially at night. 7. Keep bedroom doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering and being annoying when sleeping. 8. Turn off the air conditioning when the room is not in use. 9. Remove sand before entering the pool, use the blue shower that is outdoors. 10. DO NOT throw papers or any other object in the toilets or sinks. 11. Respect the check-in and check-out times. In case of non-compliance, $30 will be charged. Other things to note The residential complex has oceanfront parking, 1 car per house, benches, toilets, outdoor showers; please read the written rules, avoid problems with security agents. There is currently a waterfront restaurant, open every day in high season and only on weekends in low season. The city of Acajutla is a 10-minute drive away, where you'll find a supermarket, pharmacies, great restaurants, an artisanal pier where they sell fresh seafood, among others. To book and enter: a) Indicate the number of people. The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate 13 guests and up to a maximum of 15 people. Ask about comfort and price for an extra guest. When entering Residencial Salinitas, $2.00 per adult or child over 12 years of age must be paid, an amount not included in the platform fee. c. For security reasons, Residencial Salinitas requires you to fill out a form according to the number of people on your reservation, their names, identity document according to your country, passport (if applicable) and vehicle license plates. This form will be sent to you by the host when booking. You must send it at least 1 day before your arrival to avoid setbacks in your entry.
