Private guest house with a living space and indoor heated pool. Sleeps six in beds. Multiple dining and shopping options close by. Located within 30 minutes of Downtown Salt Lake and Salt Lake Airport. Multiple ski resorts approximately 35-45 minutes away. The space This unique guest house is split in two with the living space on one side and an indoor pool on the other. Sleeping arrangements includes beds for six. Private bedroom contains a king size bed. Living area includes a queen size pull out couch with memory foam topper, plus a futon that folds out to a full size bed. Plenty of sheets, bedding, and pillows are available. Pack and play portable crib is located in the bedroom closet. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, etc. Dining table with 4 chairs is located in the kitchen. Additional chairs can be provided upon request. Bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a private toilet. It is stocked with bath towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Stacking washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest use. Laundry detergent is provided. Ironing board and iron are also available. Living area contains a desk/work area. Tv in the house has Roku. A selection of books and card games are included for your enjoyment. Guests will have full private access to the pool. Pool can be entered through the guest house or through an outside entrance. Both have keyed locks for child safety. Pool is kept heated to 90 degrees, perfect for use year round! One end of the pool contains steps for easy access and is more shallow. The pool slowly gets deeper until it is around 5 1/2 feet deep on the opposite end. There is a Roku TV in the pool room. Swim towels and a selection of pool toys are available for guest use. The exterior of the guest house has a large outdoor patio with picnic table and seating. A shared playground and outdoor basketball pad are also located on the property. Guests are welcome to use them. Guest access Guest house and pool are located in a separate building, but on the same property as our primary residence. Our family will give you your space, but you may see us or our children out about in the yard. Off street parking for guests is located in the designated area behind the main house. This is for two vehicles, however parking for extra vehicles or larger trailers may be accommodated upon request at booking. There is sidewalk access from the parking area to the guest house. Other things to note This property is located within 5 minutes of multiple large shopping areas which include: Walmart, Target, Costco, a bowling alley, two movie theaters, plus a wide variety of shopping and dining options.
