The space With a total surface area of 153 sqm, the house comprises on the ground floor of a small cozy living room with a stove to warm you up during winter, a large living room with a small pool table and TV area, a dining room for 8 people, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are the bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed each (one with a cot and the other with a folding cot and above all, unforgettable wallpaper), a bedroom with two bunk beds, a landing room which generally serves as a play area for children, and a bathroom with toilet. Wifi is accessible in almost every room of the house. The house is located on an acre land, which itself is surrounded on 3 sides by the meadows of the neighboring stud farm. You may have the chance to see horses up close, even during winter. On sunny days, you can have lunch on the terrace at the back of the house. Bicycles, a ping-pong table and a slew of outdoor games are at your disposal in the laundry room and the garage. And if the rain clatters, you can make use of the many board games or the games console available in the large living room. Guest access Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our concierge. Prior to your rental, we will also send you a practical guide, recalling and specifying some important points about the operation of the house. Please note that although the house has a fairly large ground floor, it is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility: there are small steps that prevent access with a wheelchair, the doors are not particularly wide and the bedrooms are all upstairs.
