All other areas of the condominium are fully accessible to guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: • For the safety of our guests, children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when accessing the balcony. • This property does not have a pool or direct beach access. Although, a secluded beach is only a 3–5 minute walk away, or a short drive if preferred. • The apartment does not have a power generator. However, common areas such as elevators, hallways, parking lights, and the entrance gate are generator-powered. Also, a cistern backup is available in case of a water service outage.
