Paradise awaits! 🏖️ The space This property caters to almost anyone's needs, and is a great jumping-off point to explore the South Orange County beach scene and the surrounding attractions. The condominium has 2 ample-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (bedroom #1 bathroom is en suite), and the balcony overlooking the golf course is accessible from both the living room and bedroom #1. There is a 65" 4K UHD LED TV in the living room, 48" HDTV in the master bedroom, and a 27" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom. The condo has central heating and air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, utensils, counter appliances, a full-sized electric stove with double-ovens, a microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. There's a "coffee/tea station" with a Keurig coffee machine, a French Press, an electric water boiling pot, and both stove-top and electric espresso makers. In the utility closet, on the balcony, there is a stacked full-sized washer and dryer. In addition, the condo offers a computer work-station; featuring an electric height-adjustable standing-desk, Acer 23" HD monitor, HP Officejet Pro printer/scanner, keyboard, mouse and surge protector. You may move the desk anywhere you like and use it standing, sitting, or at counter height with a dining room chair or the adjustable swivel office chair. The condo is a single-level, upper 2nd-story unit, so there is a 10-step stairway leading from the walkway up to the front door. 2 parking spaces are provided in the fully-enclosed detached garage (keypad access). Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condominium and garage (2 parking spaces are provided- additional on-site street parking is available during the day, but overnight street parking from midnight to 6:00AM is prohibited. Violations may result in the ticketing of the vehicle, subsequent fines, and/or "towing" of the vehicle). The adjacent golf course is the private property of the El Niguel Country Club (a private club) and trespassing is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a $250 fine, imposed on the Airbnb guest. Other things to note I highly recommend the FREE Trolly Service into Laguna Beach. It runs every 20-minutes during the summer, and every 30-minutes during the winter. It's a great way to explore this world famous beach community without needing to deal with any traffic and parking challenges. Similar trolleys are available in Dana Point and San Clemente, as well.
