This level is only partially underground and includes plenty of above-ground windows and no steps. The private guest parking/driveway is next to the private entrance. -The large bedroom includes a couch, private bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, bistro table set, & 65" tv. -A 2nd room includes a washer & dryer, a kitchenette area, & a massive storage closet. - The workstation is located in the entryway room. Guest access Must be 21 or older to book. The person booking MUST be present during the stay. No booking for other people or minors. Guest will access the private lower level (entryway + 2 rooms) via keypad-coded entry. Other things to note No smoking/vaping & no pets (owner is allergic)
