The space Located 250 m from the beach (5 min walk), the house built in 2023 is in the heart of the landing beaches. The accommodation is located on our property with a garden just for you. The kitchen open to the room is complete with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker and nexpresso, toaster... and a large fridge freezer. A modern and efficient wood-burning stove awaits you to warm up your winter evenings. A charming desk is placed next to the wood stove to make your remote work days enjoyable. A large oak table accommodates 6 people easily. One bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and another smaller one with 2 90 x 200 beds and 1 bed (80 x 190) at height accessible by a small ladder, (for a child: too small for 1 adult, the room is small), the 2 beds at the bottom can be brought together for a couple. The rooms have French windows with electric roller shutters that will allow you to sleep well with a view of nature. The mattresses are new and of "hotel" quality, the beds are prepared. The bathroom is large and very bright, 2 basins placed on a very high quality teak cabinet and a large walk-in shower in zellige enchant this water room. In front of the room, a large bay window opens onto a lit wooden terrace where you can have lunch under the cedar and cook thanks to an outdoor electric plancha. A garden table and garden furniture are at your disposal. There are books and board games for children. A laundry room is available to wash your laundry, this one is shared with another cottage. You can store your bikes in a courtyard. You park your car in front of the property outside in a small parking lot. Entry is on foot through an electric gate, leaving your car outside safely. Exceptionally, if you own a vintage car, convertible or motorcycle you can bring it into the garden. The property is fully fenced. Wi-Fi. Ideal for families with up to 3 children or 2 couples.
