The home has open living area with high ceilings and the kitchen of every cook's dreams! Identification must be presented upon checkin for security purposes & must match the name on the booking. No visitors or unauthorised guests allowed without prior written consent. $65 per person fee applies if not notified ahead of checkin. Unauthorised events may face immediate cancellation of booking without refund. Guest access Everything in the home is accessible except the garage, deep freezer located in the laundry and host's storage rooms. There are baby gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs. Please ensure the accurate number of guests are listed to avoid a higher, post-check in charge ($65 per person, per day after check in). To keep pricing affordable for smaller groups, linen, amenities will be provided in accordance to the number of guests/days indicated on the booking. Other things to note No detail is overlooked. We pride ourselves on offering an experience which is clean, comfortable and luxurious, and value for money. It's why we say no to pets, smoking or shoes indoors (to keep carpeted areas hygienic). Sanitisation fee of $120 may apply if the above rules are not followed. This helps to accommodate guests with allergies and small children. Please clean up after yourself to avoid a cleaning fee or we can do it for you for $150. This includes leaving the home tidy and as you found it and: - removing rubbish - washing dishes - cleaning the stove and BBQ after use There is one parking spot in the driveway.
