Our accommodation is a 2 bedroom apartment with a modern and cosy decoration. All amenities and functionalities to be expected from a holiday home are though of. Making this a perfect getaway for those who would like to be close to Puerto Banus, within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket, yet having the comforts of a urbanisation with swimming pool area. The space This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary and stylish space to enjoy your holidays. The open-plan kitchen-living area provides access to the terrace which features outdoor dining furniture and balcony. The kitchen offers brand new and modern appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment. The Master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom and has access to the ensuite balcony. There is an additional double bedroom, a shared bathroom and a bedroom with bunkbed for two children. There is hot/cold air conditioning, International television, WIFI and a parking space in the garage. Guest access Our guests have full access to the accommodation and the urbanisation's amenities. Other things to note Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €499,00. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside.
