The space The Nova Bella apartment is designed in detail for short stays but also for longer stays and is ideal for couples who want to visit the city and enjoy the main services it offers. The apartment is divided as follows: ENTRANCE: The apartment is on the third and last floor of the courtyard. You enter from the pedestrian gate, go up the steps on the right, after the entrance and, along the balcony, you reach the apartment. The entrance with direct access to the living area where the kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, fully equipped with the main appliances such as oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Inside the living area there is a table for 2/4 people where you can spend a convivial moment, a comfortable sofa with a peninsula, a SMART TV and an air conditioner that allows you to set the desired temperature at any time, complete the space. From the entrance, moving to the right you will find a bathroom with a comfortable half tub, a towel warmer, a sink, a bidet, and a washing machine. SLEEPING AREA On the right you can access the hallway, the bathroom and the large bedroom where a comfortable container bed (perfect for placing your suitcases) and a large closet await you for your rest. If you like to sleep in the dark, I warn you that a little light always filters through the "Velux" skylights, but I can provide sleeping masks on request in advance :) A second air conditioner located in the bedroom completes the picture. Guest access Access to the housing complex is through a door that will take you to the building's internal courtyard. Other things to note Access with your vehicle within the living environment is allowed only and exclusively for loading/unloading, making sure not to obstruct the passage for the other condominiums. Specific offers for stays longer than 30 days (up to a maximum of 18 months) can be evaluated upon request and subject to availability.
