The space The Moulin, completely renovated to offer optimal comfort, perfectly combines the charm of the old and modern amenities. Nestled in the heart of a 6000 m2 park, it can accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor you will find: * A veranda/living room opening onto a large terrace overlooking the park. * A large equipped kitchen with dining area. * A separate toilet. * A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. * A cozy living room with fireplace, perfect for relaxing in front of a good movie. The sleeping area is arranged as follows: On the 1st floor: * One bedroom with 120 x 190 bed and ocean view. * A second bedroom with 2 single beds and a dedicated workspace. * A third bedroom with a queen size bed and ocean view. * A bathroom with walk-in shower. * A separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: * A fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk. * A large bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks, ideal for families. * A master suite with double bed 160 x 200, sitting area/fireplace and private bathroom. Pets are welcome, but note that the park is not fully enclosed, and a stream crosses it, so vigilance is required for young children. We are now connected to fiber, so Wi-Fi is available. Please note that telephone reception is not optimal. Guest access The mill and its garden will be fully accessible. Only one cabinet will remain locked for the proper organization of housekeeping and laundry services. Some storage rooms not adjoining the main dwelling will be inaccessible. Possibility to park several vehicles within the property. Other things to note A small stream runs through the garden, so we invite you to be vigilant with small children.
