Beautiful Lakeview Saltwater Pool Sanctuary !

Our home is surrounded by more than 10 peaceful acres and overlooks a gorgeous lake and hills. There is plenty of space to relax inside in front of the beautiful fireplace or out on the screen-covered lanai while you watch the amazing sunsets over the lake. Refresh in the private saltwater pool and recharge in the infrared chromotherapy sauna. This home comes fully equipped with a BBQ for grilling out, full washer and dryer, smart tv, awesome kitchen, a baby grand piano, and more!!! The space The interior of the home is equipped with a king sized bed, a queen sized bed, a twin rollaway bed, dining table and chairs, smart tv, full kitchen, baby grand piano and washer/dryer. Outside you will find a large outdoor living space with solar lights, BBQ grill, salt water pool and jacuzzi. Guest access The entire home will be at your disposal. The home has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom has the infrared sauna set up, with additional space for a rollaway twin size bed. There are two sofas in the main living room which do not pull out but can be used for sleeping, if needed. You will need a car to access this property. Parking is available directly in front of the property but there is no garage access. Please make sure the number of guests you register is accurate. No parties and no unregistered guests permitted. Other things to note Enjoy the dark night sky in the evenings and look at the hundreds of stars from the heated jacuzzi. Please be aware: **The jacuzzi is on an automated timer and runs from 7pm to 10pm each evening.** **The fireplace is only available during the winter (Nov - March)** Please take advantage of our peaceful location to watch the hummingbirds, eagles, hawks, wild turkeys, Sandhill cranes, woodpeckers, fox squirrels, and other wildlife enjoy themselves in our natural surroundings.
