Come and discover and recharge your batteries in our 300m² country house. ___________________ Your arrival is as follows: The villa is on 3 levels On the ground floor you have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 4 WCs, living room and kitchen. On the 1st floor you have access to 3 bedrooms, the last level gives you access to the children's bedroom with 3 beds. Here is the floor plan of the house: Access through the entrance on your left you have : LIVING ROOM: → A large living room of 100m² with two sofas, an ultra HD TV for entertainment, books, a large dining table, a reading corner on the first floor of the living room. At the back of the lounge you have access to the piano. The living room opens onto the pool and terrace through the glass door. To the right of the entrance you have access to the : KITCHEN: → A fully equipped PROFESSIONAL kitchen with two fridges, a dishwasher so you don't have to waste time washing up, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and much more. To the right of the entrance hall is the corridor leading to the bedrooms: GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM 1 →The ground floor bedroom has a QUEEEN SIZE bed with linen, towels provided and a large wardrobe for storage. → The shower room is en suite with its own shower, vanity unit and WC. BEDROOM 2 → This is located at the end of the hallway with a 140*190 bed with sheets and towels provided. A large wardrobe completes this bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, vanity unit and WC. 1st FLOOR : BEDROOM 3 → Upstairs on your right you have access to a large bedroom with en-suite shower room, sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people and a desk. Bed linen and towels are provided. BEDROOM 4 → On your left you come to the bedroom equipped with a 140*190 bed with its large storage cupboard. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom but not adjoining. BEDROOM 5 → This is at the end of the hallway on the right with a 140*190 bed with a desk and en-suite shower room.
