If guests arrive before 3 p.m. or want to post their luggage before arrival, the opening hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday For luggage drop-off or pick-up on Sundays and holidays, we kindly request that guests contact us to arrange a suitable time. Other things to note 💡 Important Notes ・ All rooms are non-smoking. ・Since it is a residential area, please cooperate in maintaining a peaceful living environment for other residents by avoiding heavy footsteps, loud conversations, and high volume when using audio-visual equipment. Please be mindful of this, especially after 9 PM. ・ Shoes are not allowed inside the rooms. (Slippers will be provided.) ・ Pets are not allowed. ・ There is a paid parking lot nearby. ・ Please do not dispose of garbage outside the room. If you need to dispose of bulky items, please contact the host. ・ Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the room is significantly damaged or soiled. ・In case of losing the room key, a key replacement fee will be charged.
