This house is perfect for both short and long trips, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether it's a vacation with family or friends. Guest access Among other amenities, there is air conditioning in every room, the apartment will always be cool and fresh! The private bathroom with shower has towels. In the evening you won't be bored - free Wi-Fi. A full kitchen! You can cook breakfast or dinner, because everything you need will be at your fingertips! Namely, a set of dishes and cutlery, a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle. The washing machine is in the backyard of the house, shared by two houses. There is also a movable common barbecue. Other things to note ✅ Bangtao Beach is 1.1 km or a 10-minute walk away. The beach is very clean, there is a lake nearby, if you stay under the trees, the breeze always blows and there is no exhausting heat. ✅ A deposit of 500 to 5,000 baht (depending on the length of stay) is charged at check-in and refunded at check-out. *If the booking is for 6 months or more, the security deposit is the amount of the rent for one month. ✅ Wi-Fi and water supply are already included in the price.
