Guest suite in Los Angeles

The guest suite is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything LA has to offer! Burbank, major LA studios, Universal Studios and CSUN are all just 15 minutes away. The unit has a generous layout and ample outdoor space to enjoy LA's great weather. Whether you are out here for work, pleasure or to visit family, you will have a a great home base. San Fernando is a short 5 minutes away, offers a walkable old town area and is home to one of California's oldest missions. The space Cozy, private one bedroom unit with full bathroom and kitchen. The space is set up with a queen size bed, rainfall shower and vanity, a fully stocked kitchen, 55" TV with Roku, a dedicated work area, additional dining room table and plenty of space for up to four people to enjoy the city, or a quiet getaway. Guest access No-contact keyless entry through the gated yard. You will have a private entrance to your space and full access to the back yard. The unit is part of the main house and shares a wall, but none of the rooms are shared. Other things to note While we encourage you to enjoy your stay, please respect our neighbors and adhere to our quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. No parking on the property. Free street parking is available and ample, but please make sure to adhere to all posted signs to avoid citations. While we love pets, they cannot currently stay at the guest house. There are (small) dogs living on the property that you might see or hear during your stay. The backyard is a shared space. There will be people in the yard tending to the plants daily. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/cancellation. Registration Details HSR24-002008
