This is an apartment with an elevator and direct garage for a maximum of 4 people. The space The house is newly furnished and decorated in great detail. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. It has a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Guest access Housing for the exclusive use of our guests. It is just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach. Next door is a great playground and sunbathing area in case you don't like the sand, and there are also restaurants to snack on while the kids have fun on the swings. In the area you will find shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, the Bidezabal metro station within a 6-minute walk and everything you may need. 28 minutes by metro from Bilbao and only 19 minutes by car from downtown Bilbao. Other things to note Maximum garage height is 1.87. There is a small access step to the portal. If you visit us with your pet we inform you that we only accept well-behaved medium sized dogs. We do not accept cats. We ask for €25 as a cleaning fee. We kindly ask that they do not get on the bed or the sofa and do not stay alone in the accommodation.
