Country house near forest

La Bonnière is a traditional Percheron house renovated with the desire to offer comfortable and pleasant living spaces for stays for families or groups of friends. The house has a stove and a large kitchen-dining room that is very friendly and open to nature thanks to its large windows. Families are welcome, 2 of the rooms are more suitable for children. Beautiful walks will be easy because the house borders the Réno-Valdieu state forest. The space The house is on 3 levels: on the ground floor you will find the large kitchen-dining room, a corridor leading to 1- a large double bedroom with bathroom (toilet, walk-in shower), 2- a small children's bedroom with bunk bed (and a window overlooking the living room), 3- a sewing/laundry room On the middle floor (also accessible from the outside), you will find the 2 living rooms, the bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet. Then upstairs, the landing leads to a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The garden (about 400 m2) is accessible on the ground floor and has tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days.
