Other things to note To ensure the quality of the apartments and protect the property, a refundable security deposit of €200 is required, which will be pre-authorized on your credit card up to 1 day before arrival or upon arrival. The deposit is not an additional cost, but only a guarantee for any accidental damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, or equipment during the stay. If there is no damage and the property's rules are respected, the full amount will be refunded to the same credit card within 7 days of check-out.
