The Old Barn Holiday cottage

Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire wolds, The Old Barn holiday cottage is a perfect place to come and relax in a peaceful and rural location. Spend your days in the rolling hills of the wolds, or go and take in the atmosphere of our several local market towns. You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive. The space The Old Barn is a converted barn and old stables. The holiday cottage has been tastefully renovated to accommodate guests. Old brickwork and beams add to the charm of the cottage. The Lounge has a log burner and huge corner sofa that makes for cosy nights. There is a TV and games and puzzles can be found in the sideboard. A modern kitchen with oak worktops, filled with all you need for self catering and lots of storage space. Dining table for 4 is in the lounge. 2 king size bedrooms, super comfy beds, with bed side cabinets. Oak wardrobe's , the master bedroom looks out onto the patio area via Patio doors and then onto open countryside and woods. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin, large cupboard. Entrance Porch is entered via attractive cobbled steps and has a large area for coats, boots and shoes. Hot tub hire Available Guest access The whole of the Holiday cottage is 'your space' Other things to note The cottage is suitable to bring 1 or 2 well behaved, smallish dogs, please ring or contact me prior to booking with dogs. * **There is a commercial spa hot tub available for hire on request for a fee of £100, this is for the first 2 nights and £20 per night there after. If hot tub is requested this needs to be booked at the same time as the initial booking. Payment for hot tub will be made prior to arrival, message Angela for details.***
