The space On the road between St-Dier-d'Auvergne and Ambert, in a territory classified as a Country of Art and History in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, come and stay in this newly renovated gîte with taste. This independent house is located on a large adjoining unenclosed lot. On the 1st floor: entrance through a living room with wood stove (€30/half-stere), open kitchen, bathroom/toilet, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. You will enjoy the large covered terrace, accessible from the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, the cottage has 2 bedrooms each with 1 90 cm bed. A large garage, basement, wood storage and private parking are also available. Guests can enjoy many activities around the cottage: discover the medieval city and cutlery of Thiers and its Cutlery Museum, visit the Château des Martinanches and Montmorin or visit Billom. Nature lovers, enjoy the many hikes near the vacation rental and the many bodies of water (Cunhat, Aubusson d'Auvergne). Electric heating according to consumption (about €30/week). Shops and services in the village of St-Dier 3.5 km away. Small dogs allowed.
