You will be staying in a private, yet modern oasis designed and built by Mother & Sons who above all strives to deliver white glove hospitality. This garden-level apartment is curated for up to four guests, creating a warm and private escape. The space -The Sun filled Southwest facing living room and kitchen overlook our botanical garden where you bear witness to our signature Lions Head Japanese maple tree. The open floor plan makes the living room & Kitchen fully integrated, which is ideal for socializing. Don’t stress about breakfast your first morning with us, enjoy complimentary oatmeal and accoutrements at the breakfast bar with seating up to four. -Create memorable, share worthy moments for social media with the “Good Vibes Only” mural. A stunning picture window fills the room with natural light with views of our backyard that overlooks a magnolia tree, among what we plant seasonally. For your privacy, there are blackout motorized shades allowing restful sleep at any time of the day or night. With a contemporary design in mind, the room features a King size platform bed, exceptionally comfortable organic mattress and a floor-to-ceiling wall paneled headboard. A 65in OLED Smart TV will be at your disposal for those nights you want to cozy up to your favorite show or movie. In the mood for music therapy? Listen to songs and other content from the Sonos in ceiling speakers. The host is present within the dwelling and respects guest privacy at all times. -Access is obtained with a code that will be sent prior to arrival for self-check in. Other things to note -This is a residential neighborhood, so please be mindful of the privacy of all. -Please make sure to book the reservation with the total number of guests (MAX 4) that will be staying in the apartment. -We also make sure one of our parking spots in the driveway is always available for you, so you do not have to worry upon arrival. Extra Parking is available for a fee. -We are happy to share our space with guests who want to use it as a retreat to enjoy quality time together, but please note this is not a party rental. -We are surrounded by caring neighbors who are always willing to help if needed. -There are (audio/video) surveillance cameras/motion lights on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests’ safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas. -Guest will be required to fill out a Pre-Arrival Form upon booking confirmation. -Please note early check in and late check out are subject to availability with an additional fee.
