The space A spacious three-bedroom resort suite sleeps up to eight guests and measures approximately 1,000 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the primary bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third guest bedroom, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, a dining area, a gas fireplace, and a balcony. Guest access • Check-in is at the front desk • Guests have exclusive access to the condo. The resort amenities are shared with other guests in the building, these amenities are located one miles away, in another building. Other things to note • The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card at check-in for a security deposit of $250. • The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. • The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. • Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. • Stairs are required and there are no elevators
