The house is very spacious (240 m2) for a capacity of up to 10 people, great comfort. Its 4 real bedrooms, its huge living/dining room (90 m2), its swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) and its private garden (2000 m2) will make you forget the stress of the city. The house: 240 m2 19th century farmhouse renovated inside in 2022. The accommodation has fiber, wifi, and 4G access. The rooms are all equipped with a wardrobe or dresser. Sheets and towels are provided. On the ground floor: The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, all necessary utensils/dishes, as well as a table for 8 people. A professional stove completes it: 5 gas burners and 1 oven. The living/dining room consists of 3 sofas (2*3 seats and 1*2 seats) as well as a table that can accommodate up to 10 people. An overhead projector + Chromecast is also available (no TV). 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed. a second with two single beds. 1 bathroom: double sink. shower. removable changing table. Toilet. Swimming pool: The swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) was enhanced at the beginning of 2023 with a mid-high protective shelter, which protects the pool for children and heats the pool naturally. It also allows you to swim, under it, if the weather is less mild (between 70 and 110 cm high). 4 deckchairs are available. Garden layout (2000 m2): A wooden table and 8 chairs. A barbecue is available. A Smoby plastic house for children. An outdoor playhouse for children. 2 adult mountain bikes + 1 child mountain bike can be borrowed.
