Adorable house with character and air condition

A 4 floors traditional village house (100m²) with a roof terrace giving stunning views in the historic center of Elne, a lovely market town. 6 people can sleep comfortably, two bedrooms are air-conditioned. This house will suit a beach holiday and other holiday attractions but also provides a good base for exploring the Languedoc region, beautiful Collioure and Perpignan city. The narrow staircase might not suit to everyone (very young children and persons who struggle with steps). The space A quaint, traditional village house with 4 floors and a roof terrace on top . It is located in the historic center of Elne. In total the house has circa 100m² living space. The closest beach is at 7 kilometers. Located in the basement is a sofa (220x60cm) for TV watching. On the first floor is the equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining table and a cosy living space. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), the bathroom with a well-functioning shower and a utility area with a washing machine and a desk with a printer available. On the third air-conditioned floor is the largest bedroom with a double bed (a new 160x190 mattress). On the same floor is the third bedroom with bunk beds (two new 90x185cm) and a mezzanine bed (90x185cm) and ensuite toilet. From this floor a staircase leads to the roof terrace, about 10m² which gives a wonderful view to the cathedral, the sea on a clear day and mountains.
