16th-century estate for 14, with service

A five-hundred-year-old estate five minutes from Valencia airport, rented whole to one group of 7 to 14. Seven named bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private pool and 4,500 m² of garden. We are reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What makes this house different isn't what it has, it's who is behind it: we do the shopping before you arrive and cut the flowers that same morning. Official five-star classification, Valencia region. The space Villa Paula is a sixteenth-century estate fifteen minutes from central Valencia and five from the airport. It is rented whole and always to a single group: no reception desk, no other guests and nobody else's schedule. The house keeps its original artwork. On the façade there is an eighteenth-century Virgen de los Desamparados hand-painted on ceramic, restored by a potter who lives half an hour away. From the border around it came the orange blossom that is our emblem today. Here pieces are restored, not replaced. Guest access Seven bedrooms with names, not numbers, and five full bathrooms for sixteen. Each room has heating and cooling, a Smart TV and its own paintings. Beds split or join to suit your group. Inside: dining table for sixteen, a Smeg range with Carrara marble worktops, a cinema room with projector and 7.1 sound, an eighteenth-century billiard table in use, and 240 art books by the fireplace. Two wood-burning fireplaces, firewood included. Everyday china, glassware and cutlery for everyone; the antique collection china comes out on request, arranged in advance. Outside: private pool all twelve months, wood-fired hot tub for eight year-round, 40 metres of covered pergola, an enclosed and air-conditioned pavilion for twenty-eight, and four separate fires — grill, open hearth, clay oven and paella fire. Mesh fibre throughout house and garden, with twenty hours of battery backup. Parking for twenty vehicles, a garage and an EV charging point. Around it, 6.5 hectares of mandarin trees. Other things to note If someone in the group has reduced mobility: the car reaches the door and there is no step from the parking area to the interior. There is a single step to the bedrooms, with a certified four-degree ramp if needed. We have a wheelchair, a shower seat and grab rails. Tell us when booking and we prepare the house. The 4,500 m² garden and the six and a half hectares of mandarin trees need work all year. Staff arrive around six in the morning, clean the pool, tidy the area and move on to other tasks: you normally won't cross paths with anyone. The citrus grove is separate from the garden. And if you'd rather nobody came in on a given day, say so and they don't. There are original restored paintings on the walls. You can live with them: we only ask that you bear it in mind.
