Discover the true essence of Valencia at Villa Paula, where history combines with luxury to create an experience that exceeds all expectations. Upon entering Villa Paula, you will be greeted by a spectacular gallery/porch/terrace, a sumptuous space that invites you to enjoy any occasion. With its customized architecture, characterized by marble floors and seats in blue and white that harmoniously integrate with the tiles decorating the facades, this place will captivate you instantly. As you cross this area, you will access a spacious distribution hall decorated with restored ceramics from the 15th century, which add a touch of history and elegance. To the right, you will find the imposing playroom, equipped with a cinema, pool table, surround sound system, and an extensive library that includes works by Spanish plastic artists and literary classics. Comfortable sofas, next to an imposing fireplace and walls adorned with original artworks, create a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Continuing forward, you will reach the spacious living-dining room, decorated with fine tapestries and a prominent collection of paintings by renowned artists. Here, a large table for 15 people invites you to enjoy delicious meals, while an area with comfortable sofas in front of another impressive fireplace offers a perfect space to relax and socialize. To the left, next to the fireplace, there is a complete bathroom decorated with classic-style furniture, which exudes a stately atmosphere. In the center of this area, the spacious kitchen offers all the necessary elements to prepare any type of meal, as well as three coffee makers of different kinds to satisfy everyone's tastes when it comes to coffee. Upon leaving the living room, you will find the hall of mirrors, a place that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your experience at Villa Paula. From here, you can directly access the dry patio and the cactus garden. This generous space features a huge 18th-century desk and is surrounded by artworks and large mirrors. To the right of this space, you will find the first room: the travel room. The travel room features two 0.90 bronze beds that can be transformed into a 1.80 bed. Additionally, it has its own library with books for travelers about countries and travel stories. The room's lighting comes from a handmade ceramic lamp from the early 20th century. Leaving the hall of mirrors to the right, you will reach another distribution hall that will take you to the complete bathroom on the ground floor, the master bedroom or Mediterranean room, and the white room. Through the same hall, at the end, you will find the staircase that leads to the first floor of the property, where the other 4 bedrooms are located: the flower room, the nautical room, the Taurino room, and the children's room. Each room has its name, which at the same time identifies it with its intentionality and style. The Mediterranean room is a classic space in Mediterranean colors, with an incredible 2 x 2 bed, spacious armchairs, a 75-inch smart TV, and a private bathroom. Above the bed, a collection of 16th-century flower ceramics turn this room into a romantic space. The white room is a dreamlike place, pure, with a solid wood canopy bed of 1.5 meters, its white and golden triptych mirror decorated with flowers made by a fan artist, and two style wardrobes with hand-carved details. Going up the stairs to the right, we find the flower room, where everything evokes spring. The paintings are a collection of works related to flowers, and above the bed's headboard, a painting specifically made for the room by the flower and fan artist, Aurora. The dresser, also decorated with floral motifs, reminds us that the heart of Valencia is the orchard, the green, and the flowers. Opposite, we find the nautical room, with a 19th-century design bed rescued in a naval antiques auction, with generous proportions of 1.5 meters. The French bed belonged to the RMS Oceanic. The books, paintings, and decoration remind us of the sea, the second pillar of Valencia's life. To the right, at the end of the hallway, we find the Taurino room, which includes a collection of artworks and two boat beds of 2 x 1 meters, which can be joined to form a 2 x 2 bed. The selection of objects in this room refers us to Taurino, the color of wine and grapes. Opposite, we find the children's room, equipped with everything necessary for the kids to have a comfortable and fun stay. With its own smart TV, quality lights that can be left on at night if necessary, and a timeless youthful decoration. Guest access - All the rooms available have hot and cold air conditioning and a Smart TV screen. - The farm has 6.5 hectares. - All the property has Wi-Fi connection, including the fields of the farm. - The front garden of the house and the pool area share a 220-watts music equipment, which is available to our guests and can be connected to any electronic device. - The outdoor spaces are exclusive for our guests' access. Bear in mind that this is a citrus production field (Mandarins Clemenules variety are grown) and that there are maintenance personnel and heavy machinery at certain times during the year. Therefore there may be some restrictions on access to certain areas of the estate in particular instances. - The house to be rented is completely private and independent with its own facilities. At the same time, it is “glued” to, or built adjacently, to another house of the same property which is also completely independent of the rented house. - The property is powered by solar panels that produce 14.8 kva and have a battery of 10 kva. - Tap water is completely drinkable and treated in the Villa’s own reverse-osmosis plant. Other things to note - The Villa is a productive farm, which means it has the movement and internal activities of a farm. - The gardens are maintained and kept in optimal condition by our staff year-round, so unless expressly requested by a guest, staff from the farm have access to the grounds to perform such maintenance tasks. The same happens with the irrigation system, which during the summer is turned on several times a day to protect the plants from the heat. - The property is in itself a work of art, and at the same time the Villa has many typically Valencian works of art which are extremely valuable. It is very important for us as hosts to make sure the Villa and its decorations are kept safe from harm, so that we may continue to enjoy and share their beauty and history. - The property allows pets to stay with our guests, taking into account the proper care of the furniture. In addition, guests should pay attention to their pets at all times, noting that the farm and its fields are of great extension: unattended pets may get lost in the fields. - Please write to us if you have any questions.
