7 sqm room, upper floor, right, Trave view, rural by the river

The house is a former restaurant in the countryside by the river, divided into private/apartment/club/commercial. The property covers 7,450 square meters and has, among other things, direct access to the Trave (experience nature, swimming, canoeing or cycling, ...), terraces, a campfire area, two sweat huts, parking spaces. Three seniors live rather quietly on their own, while the remaining 1-8 residents are very busy with work or volunteering. In the evenings or on weekends, meetings or events sometimes take place. The space The room is located next to the kitchen or can be reached through the kitchen. There is no real fixed room door with a key, but a light non-lockable folding door. Therefore, the room is more susceptible to sound than others, especially when other guests are in the kitchen. And there is currently no way to lock the room door. In the room there is a wood-burning stove in addition to the radiator. Firewood can be purchased from us by arrangement. First floor: Garden directly on the river, 8 m construction trailer, 12 sqm room, 25 sqm room, kitchen, shower bath, information point, hall, workshop, co-working office. Second floor: 11 sqm room, 15 sqm room, 17 sqm room, kitchen, bathroom. The house is over 100 years old. With the income, we are gradually renovating it. The concept is a small residential and cultural center with a riverside café, information point and life (dreams). Except for the seniors, we are increasingly alternative, eco-social, organic-vegan and spiritual :-) We appreciate the exchange with our guests, but sometimes we are also very and travel a lot. Therefore, you usually have a lot of peace and quiet and if you like you can participate in our nature/culture experiences or book our offers. Guest access The common areas are accessible to everyone. The guest rooms are only accessible to booked guests, so that the seniors have more peace and quiet. The senior rooms are not accessible. Kitchen and bathroom may be used during the quiet/night/lunch time by max. 1 person at a time. During the remaining times, a maximum of 2 people. We ask for your understanding and for the maximum possible peace, cleanliness and order. During your stay I am often here myself, living and working here. But because I'm busy, I'm usually not very available. We can have a coffee together or eat together in the morning/evening. We have a small shared apartment here. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. Depending on who is living here at the time, agreements and common times are possible and useful. Other things to note Animals: We currently have two cats and six Cameroon sheep and love animals very much, including dogs. However, the experiences with guest dogs in the house were not so good regarding allergies, cleanliness, peace, tolerance, etc. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and not to bring dogs or not to bring them into the house. In the hall or garden, exceptions are possible by arrangement. Noise & connection: The property and house are located directly on a state road. The highway is 2 km away. Therefore, there is already some traffic noise here, but also a good connection. The rooms are relatively poorly soundproofed, so we ask everyone for the maximum possible peace in the house or understanding for the seniors who sometimes need rest and sometimes have the TV on loud. Old building: We do our best in terms of restoration, renovation, cleanliness and coziness. Nevertheless, the house is old and of course not comparable to a new building. But you can feel the "spirit of the Lokfelder Bridge" here... :-)
