The space The property has three bedrooms over two floors. Ground floor consists of: - Master bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom featuring double shower, double sinks, and two large mirrors. - Large living room (extension built in 2020) with 98-inch smart TV with Sonos surround system, spacious couch and sitting area. - Fully equipped open kitchen. - Dining area seating 6 individuals. - Third bathroom with toilet and shower. - Hallway wrapping around the house. First floor consists of: - Bedroom one with double bed (160 cm) and sofa bed; equipped with cinema surround system and roll-down cinema screen operated by remote. - Bedroom two with double bed (140 cm) and TV with Apple TV. - Bathroom with toilet and shower. Guest access There is a long driveway on the side of the house that can easily fits 3 cars. The white door on this side will be your entrance which can be opened with the access code. This code will be sent to you upon booking and works with this door only. The grey door can be used as exit. The house has a basement which will not be available for stays shorter than 8 nights. Other things to note The property is located at the entrance to Pålsjö Forest, perfect for walks along trails that connect to Skåneleden. In the middle of the forest, there is a charming pancake café we highly recommend. For dining and shopping: - Pizzeria nearby in Ringstorp (2-minute drive / 8-minute walk) - Small Ica supermarket in Ringstorp - Two ice cream stands across the street — one at the tennis club and another at the bus stop corner - Several cafés and restaurants in central Helsingborg (5-minute drive) For wine lovers, Lottenlund Estate vineyard is about a 10-minute drive. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy: - Vasatorps Golfklubb (15 minutes) - Allerum Golfklubb (15 minutes) The closest beach is Friabad, about a 15-minute walk, perfect for sunbathing. Optionally you can take the ferry across to Helsingør, Denmark. For safety and comfort, only guests listed in the booking are allowed. Unregistered visitors cannot stay overnight or be at the property throughout your duration. Your cleaning fee includes bedlinen and towels.
