Immersed in the peace and tranquility of the hills of San Giovanni Ilarione, within the historic district called Panarotti, there is a compendium of old houses arranged in a line with each other and flanked by the stable, which was once used for sheltering animals. Now this compendium has been renovated trying to keep the history of this place unchanged; a humble house of peasants of the past, who had little but all that was needed to be happy. The space In ancient times, there were three houses, arranged in a row between them. Now, after a major internal renovation, they have been grouped together to form two separate houses flanked by the stable, which is now used for the shelter of antique and non-antique tools. The interior renovations were done trying to preserve the historic nature of the property. Once inside, on the ground floor you will find yourself in a modest living room where there is a wood stove that is used in winter to heat the property, as well as another pellet stove located on the first floor. The heating method with the stoves is just like the one used in the past, so in the structure there are warmer and colder areas, so this structure in winter is suitable for those people who are aware of coming to live a rustic experience. In the room next to the entrance is the kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. Wooden and wrought iron stairs lead to the upper floors. Upstairs, you will find a room with a fully renovated bathroom with shower and in another room the first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, in another room the second bedroom with a double bed and directly connected to this, a third bedroom with two single beds. Up to the second floor you will find yourself directly in the fourth bedroom with two single beds and in the room next to the fifth bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Each room is equipped with a TV with a simple antenna connection. The internet connection has been deliberately not set up so as not to distract from the tranquility that these places have to offer, between walks in the midst of nature and the simplicity of the place. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a fireplace to make pizzas and to have a nice barbecue with friends. A short distance away, on a plot of land I own, I run a small farm with various animals such as goats, chickens, geese and other animals that I will gladly show you if you want to see them.
